Did 3 miles of walking videos! I did them! I changed clothes and did them! The momentum is building, no turning back now. My feet were like--whatcha doing there! They were pretty numb or tingly--haven't seen the E word in a long time. No Biggest Loser workout here. I took it really easy. And it was hard (got to get a whine in). But I feel great! Works for me. It's the start I need right now.
